Über den Autor Verena Geweniger

Verena Geweniger, Sportwissenschaftlerin, Pilates-Trainerin, Gründerin und ehemalige Vorstandsvorsitzende des Deutschen Pilates Verband e.V. In Darmstadt führt sie ein Studio für Pilates, Funktionelle Gymnastik und Rückenschule. Mit ihren Sach- und Fachbüchern sowie Fachartikeln und Videokursen hat sie die deutsche Pilates-Landschaft maßgeblich mitgeprägt. Alexander Bohlander, Physiotherapeut und Osteopath, Heilpraktiker und Gesundheits-Unternehmer. Er ist Inhaber des Pilates-Ausbildungsinstituts Polestar und der SPRINGS Pilates Studios Köln sowie mehreren Physiotherapie-Praxen mit integrierten Pilates Studios. Sein Arbeitsschwerpunkt liegt auf der Verbindung von Pilates-Training und ganzheitlicher Therapie und seit über 20 Jahren ist er hierfür international als Dozent tätig.
